COFFO has also developed a directory with approximately 2,400 registered crew leaders (Farm labor contractors) in the state of Florida. The directory identifies all or them and can be viewed by name or city.

The Bureau of Facilities Program is responsible for the issuance of permits, licenses, and inspections of farmworker housing. The objective of this program is to protect the health and safety of the persons residing in migrant labor housing by establishing comprehensive and uniform procedures for permitting and inspecting migrant housing.
